NHS Direct

If you are placed on hold by NHS Direct (a common occurrence) you will find that you are blasted with frenetic pop music. NHS Direct obviously fail to understand that there is a disability issue involved (see my page on Research Survey, etc.) and that they are discriminating against the hearing impaired. They need to be reminded of this fact.
